TrustedCommunityApp – End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a binding legal agreement between you (“User” or “Licensee”) and TrustedCommunityApp (“Licensor”, “We”, or “Us”). This agreement governs your download, installation, and use of the TrustedCommunityApp mobile application (the “Software”).
1. Grant of License Subject to your compliance with this EULA, TrustedCommunityApp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and personal license to download, install, and use the Software on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Account Verification & Access Restrictions
License Conditioned on Verification: The right to use full features of the Software is strictly contingent upon successfully completing our identity verification process (live selfie check, ID upload, and manual review).
Restrictions: You agree that you will not:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Software.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Software to third parties.
Use the Software for fraudulent purposes, fake identity impersonation, or automated scraping/bot activity.
Attempt to bypass security, verification mechanisms, or content controls within the App.
3. App Store & Platform Terms This EULA is between you and TrustedCommunityApp only, and not with Apple, Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google LLC (Google Play Store). However, you must comply with applicable third-party terms of service (such as Apple’s App Store Terms of Service or Google Play Terms of Service) when using the App.
4. Intellectual Property Rights All title, ownership rights, logos, designs, source code, and intellectual property in and to the Software remain exclusively with TrustedCommunityApp. Nothing in this EULA transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
5. Updates & Modifications TrustedCommunityApp may from time to time release updates, bug fixes, or patches. You agree that the Licensor may automatically update the Software on your device, or require manual updates to ensure continued service and safety.
6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated by either you or Us.
Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms, breach community safety policies, or fail identity checks.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your device(s).
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
As-Is Basis: The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustedCommunityApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Software.
