Welcome to TrustedCommunityApp<\/b>. By accessing or using our mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.<\/p>

1. Platform Overview<\/b> TrustedCommunityApp is a peer-to-peer (P2P) technology platform that connects verified individuals seeking support services (“Members”) with verified individuals offering services (“Providers”). TrustedCommunityApp does not directly provide care, home help, or housing services; we act solely as an intermediary venue for independent users.<\/p>

2. Account Registration & Identity Verification<\/b><\/p>

  • Verification Mandatory:<\/b> To access the platform, all users must complete our identity verification process, which includes a live selfie check, government ID\/credential upload, and manual review.<\/p><\/li>

  • Accuracy of Information:<\/b> You agree to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and keep your credentials current.<\/p><\/li>

  • Account Security:<\/b> You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    3. User Roles & Conduct<\/b><\/p>

    • Members & Providers:<\/b> Users may act as Members, Providers, or both, subject to meeting the verification and account requirements for each role.<\/p><\/li>

    • Prohibited Behavior:<\/b> You agree not to engage in harassment, fraud, hate speech, illegal activities, or safety violations. Misrepresentation of identities or credentials will lead to immediate account termination.<\/p><\/li>

    • Safety Tools:<\/b> Users must comply with Community Safety Guidelines and are encouraged to use built-in tools (Block, Report, Emergency Contacts) to maintain community safety.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      4. Sensitive Data & Medical Information<\/b><\/p>

      • HIPAA & Privacy Compliance:<\/b> Handling of sensitive health or care information is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable HIPAA guidelines where relevant.<\/p><\/li>

      • User Responsibility:<\/b> Users agree not to post unencrypted or unnecessary private medical records in public or unencrypted areas of the app.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        5. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations<\/b><\/p>

        • Membership Subscriptions:<\/b> Certain app features and full platform access require an active paid subscription.<\/p><\/li>

        • Billing & Renewal:<\/b> Subscriptions automatically renew according to your selected billing cycle (monthly\/annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date via your account settings.<\/p><\/li>

        • Refunds:<\/b> All payments and subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or specified in our cancellation policy.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          • Service Quality:<\/b> While we enforce strict identity verification, TrustedCommunityApp does not guarantee the performance, suitability, safety, or quality of the interactions or services arranged between Members and Providers.<\/p><\/li>

          • As-Is Platform:<\/b> The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            7. Termination<\/b> We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the community.<\/p>

            8. Changes to Terms<\/b> We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.<\/p>
